More recently we (my wife Vicky and I) went to Algodones, Mexico which is only a three hour drive from where we live. Algodones is a pit but it does provide cheap Meds and dental services to those who can't afford the prices (or services) in the States. Like a lot of us now days. The trip was most the fun. I actually bought that leather cowboy hat for $40. Oh yeah, since our last visit a new Casino has been added (with some indian name I can't remember) right where you exit I-8 for Algodones.
